Work of Leaders

Leaders have a responsibility for crafting a vision, building alignment, and championing execution.

Using self-ratings of 18 different traits, leaders are provided with an insight into leadership behaviors that come naturally to them and others that require more deliberate effort.

Leaders will:
⦁ Receive tangible steps directed at leading a group or organization toward a desired outcome.
⦁ Understand how their tendencies influence their effectiveness in specific leadership situations.
⦁ Understand themselves better — the first step to becoming more effective when leading others.
